Migrate from ActiveCampaign to SendFable

Export opted-in contacts from ActiveCampaign, keep suppressions intact, and import via SendFable CSV mapping. Do not import purchased lists.

ActiveCampaign-specific export steps

1. Export contacts from Contacts → Export / advanced search.
2. Map lists and tags into SendFable tags.
3. Leave unsubscribed and bounced contacts suppressed — do not re-activate them.

Import into SendFable

1. Create your SendFable account and verify a sender.
2. Open Contacts → Import and map CSV columns.
3. Preview rows; exclude unsubscribed/complained recipients from the active file.
4. Send a small test campaign before a full send.
