Can I import contacts?

Yes. Import consented contacts via CSV with field mapping. Purchased lists are not allowed.

Can I use Gmail or Outlook as my sender?

You can verify everyday From addresses. For strict DMARC providers, SendFable can rewrite From for delivery while preserving Reply-To so replies reach you.

Does SendFable support custom domains?

Custom domain authentication is available on Growth and above.

How are unsubscribes handled?

Campaigns include one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribed addresses are suppressed from future sends.

Is SendFable good for small businesses?

Does SendFable include CRM?

Why it exists

SendFable is built by iScream Studio INC because too many small teams were paying for tools they barely used — or fighting interfaces meant for marketing departments. We kept the product narrow on purpose: contacts, campaigns, forms, managed delivery, and clear limits.

How delivery works

Campaigns send through Managed email delivery (Amazon SES). You verify senders, SendFable handles infrastructure, and bounce/complaint events update suppressions.

SMS status

Text messaging is available. One contact list and one campaign can send Email, Text, or Both. Text is a separate add-on with its own consent, STOP/HELP, and pricing. Email-only accounts stay email-only.

SendFable is operated by iScream Studio INC (Illinois). Public legal pages state the operator; do not surface owner personal identity on marketing pages.
